Create and standardize field assembly processes; Partner with product engineering to incorporate Design for Installation (DFI) requirements; Participate in design and construction readiness reviews; Define site assembly approaches and tolerance strategies; Develop fixturing, packaging, and transport solutions; Develop lifting, handling, and installation tooling; Develop joining processes and tooling for module interfaces; Develop leveling and alignment strategies; Develop inspection plans and acceptance criteria; Apply lean manufacturing and construction principles; Create scalable installation standards and training materials; Create MBOMs for modules; Perform offline assembly and installation validation testing; Develop labor models and productivity assumptions; Support project execution with on-site training and commissioning.
