Serve as the primary technical relationship manager for a portfolio of Korean game developers and publishers, Build trusted, long-term relationships with technical leaders and development teams across the Korean games industry, Lead partner engagements and collaborate with teams around the world to deliver a consistent, high-quality developer experience, Bridge the technical and business aspects of game development by working closely with Developer Technology Group (DTG) engineers and business account management teams, Meet regularly with assigned partners to proactively identify project risks, technical challenges, support requirements, and opportunities for collaboration, Maintain strong ownership of partner accounts and game titles, driving issues to resolution and ensuring an exceptional partner experience, Represent the voice of Korean development partners internally, collecting feedback and advocating for product and service improvements, Recommend and promote PlayStation development best practices and technical guidance, Deliver onsite technical support, workshops, and training sessions for partner studios, Contribute to technical training events, postmortems, advisory panels, and knowledge sharing across the global organisation, Travel frequently to Korea and Japan to visit partner studios and Sony Interactive Entertainment offices
