Responsibilities
Attend daily scrum calls with business and project teams; discuss and align Service Cloud development needs with business objectives; own assigned user stories for end-to-end development and testing; meet sprint assignments within target timelines; follow best practices for coding and platform configuration; log updates in ADO and maintain requirements documents; track and resolve issues with stakeholders; leverage Agentforce for Developers to improve build quality and speed; define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements; perform quality assurance and define reporting/alerting requirements; gather requirements for the full life cycle of cases and user journeys; document and maintain system processes; report on common issues and make recommendations to the project team; communicate key insights and findings to the project team.
