Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments across production, disaster recovery, and test platforms; Administer Windows Failover Cluster environments to ensure redundancy and uptime; Manage Linux server environments for critical business workloads; Perform server patching, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance; Monitor server health, performance, and capacity; Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and implement corrective measures; Manage Microsoft Hyper-V virtual environments including provisioning and migrations; Administer Microsoft Azure environments including VMs and storage services; Monitor storage performance and redundancy; Administer HPE SAN and MSA storage infrastructure; Administer Veeam Backup & Replication; Conduct backup validation and disaster recovery readiness checks; Perform database administration support including monitoring and performance tuning; Provide infrastructure support for BPO operational platforms; Maintain infrastructure documentation and change control records; Support infrastructure governance and security controls; Manage access control and support vulnerability remediation; Identify infrastructure risks and maintain business continuity standards; Work with Development, Security, and Operations teams; Support campaign readiness and technical scaling needs; Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and vendors.
