Responsibilities
Own the vulnerability remediation program and drive timely closure of security issues. Lead server patching and update activities across infrastructure. Implement hardening standards across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. Support the security posture of Azure and on-premises compute, storage, and networking platforms. Oversee backup platforms, verify restore readiness, and take part in disaster recovery testing. Help retire legacy environments and move systems toward modern server management practices. Automate system configuration and monitoring to improve operational efficiency. Provide Tier 3 infrastructure support and resolve escalated incidents. Perform complex system analysis, design, and deployment work. Partner with security and leadership teams to address audit findings, risk items, and compliance obligations. Continuously improve infrastructure security, patching, and vulnerability management processes. Support infrastructure-related incident response efforts.
