Deliver engaging and individualised lessons aligned with NSW Board of Studies and Steiner Education Australia Curriculum requirements; Support students through Individual Education Plans tailored to their unique needs; Incorporate outdoor and practical learning including woodwork, weaving, music, drama, cooking, gardening, and farming; Provide personal care support to students when needed; Manage and respond to challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support strategies and trauma-informed practices; Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the broader Warrah community.
