Responsibilities
Organize and monitor daily production planning to meet quality, output, and timing targets; Lead, motivate, and coach a team of ~30 employees; Create staff schedules and ensure efficient workforce deployment; Enforce quality, safety, and hygiene regulations; Monitor production deviations and take corrective actions; Oversee correct machine usage and coordinate maintenance with technical services; Participate in improvement projects and process optimization; Ensure clear shift handovers and report to the Production Manager.
