Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders for consumables; Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch; Arrange and coordinate dispatch through third-party logistics providers; Respond to and action customer order queries and complaints; Maintain accurate order, dispatch, and inventory information within systems; Receive, check, store, and issue inventory; Check stock batches, expiry information, and Certificates of Analysis; Support stock rotation and good inventory control practices; Provide accurate order and dispatch information to support customer invoicing; Complete general administrative and record-keeping activities; Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks; Maintain clean, organised, and safe inventory and dispatch areas; Work collaboratively with internal teams and service providers to resolve order and delivery issues
