Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding QHSE requests, quality plans, site visits, audits, and tenders; Conduct periodic reviews and analyses of all QHSE data recorded in databases; Develop a competent and motivated QHSE organization within the country; Devise plans to improve compliance with all company QHSE standards; Engage and secure the commitment of all managers to ensure QHSE is an integral part of the company's management responsibilities and objectives; Ensure all relevant QHSE documentation is up-to-date and available in accordance with regulations or company requirements; Ensure facility infrastructure aligns with company safety and HSE requirements; Guide and train employees in all aspects of the QHSE management system; Identify QHSE training needs and implement the training program in accordance with company requirements and applicable local legislation; Monitor and communicate QHSE objectives and results; Plan, conduct, and assist with compliance audits and inspections; Promote the company's QHSE leadership within the industry; Provide accurate QHSE data, analyze associated trends and metrics, and establish improvement plans as needed; Provide QHSE training as necessary.
