Responsibilities
Managing project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting and financial performance; Subcontractor and supplier procurement, negotiation and letting of packages; Preparing and administering subcontract agreements; Managing variations, payment claims and final accounts; Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial and contractual risks; Cashflow forecasting and monthly financial reporting; Reviewing contract documentation and advising project teams on contractual matters; Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to maximise project value; Managing client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier relationships; Supporting projects through to successful commercial completion
