Responsibilities
Supervise printing, lamination, and cutting processes at machine, material, and quality levels; Develop and update technical instructions and process parameter cards; Analyze root causes of process defects (wrinkles, delamination, color registration, blocking, adhesion issues) and implement corrective actions; Participate in qualification and validation of new inks, adhesives, and substrates; Conduct technical trials and production tests for new structures; Train and support machine operators; Collaborate with Quality and R&D departments; Participate in process improvement projects and waste reduction initiatives; Report on process status, trial results, and technical risks.
