Responsibilities
Serve as primary EMEA subject matter expert and escalation point for jurisdiction and export classification; Lead and support EMEA and global J&C initiatives from regulatory changes and business transformation; Drive integration of export classification requirements into product development and R&D lifecycle; Support Export Control CoE initiatives including governance and FDR analyses; Lead regional classification projects using standardized project management practices; Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Digital, Product Management, Sales, Compliance, and Learning stakeholders; Communicate EMEA export control regulatory developments to global teams; Drive continuous improvement for automation, data integrity, and process efficiency
