Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems; Troubleshoot and repair motors, control circuits, sensors, and switches; Diagnose and repair gearboxes, bearings, rotating equipment, and basic hydraulic systems; Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; Monitor SCADA system alarms and perform basic troubleshooting; Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS; Conduct basic Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues; Assist in equipment installation and calibration; Coordinate with Production to minimize downtime during breakdowns.
