Support costing for tenders including Quantity Estimation and Costing for HAM, TOT, BOT highway bids; Study bid documents, identify anomalies, and seek clarifications from the client; Conduct site visits to assess material availability and costs; Prepare detailed cost estimates based on MORTH/IRC guidelines and Rate analysis; Monitor activities of Site investigation by prebid consultants; Verify Consultant Estimate with respect to checklist; Obtain prices for supply items in consultation with the Techno-commercial team; Review and compare contractor offers with internal estimates to determine competitive pricing; Maintain accurate records of bid documents, amendments, and vendor databases; Prepare presentations to communicate bid analyses and strategies.
