Support client engagements in license baselining, usage analysis, renewal preparation, and Effective License Position (ELP) development; Conduct entitlement reviews and license reconciliations; Collaborate with SAM, procurement, IT operations, and finance stakeholders; Configure and validate SAM tools and data integrations; Analyze findings to contribute to remediation and cost-optimization recommendations; Perform detailed Excel-based analysis on license datasets; Support internal and vendor audits; Research and interpret software licensing models and contractual language; Monitor industry developments in SaaS and cloud consumption licensing; Improve SAM capabilities through governance and process improvement initiatives; Track workstreams and communicate progress to project leads.
