Manage customer demand and ensure timely receipt of requirements; Anticipate demand changes and negotiate delivery plans under constraints; Ensure correct demand capture in SAP and promote process automation; Lead MPS execution and control; Guarantee MRP process integrity and material availability; Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, and Operations for timely supply; Develop supply shortage and scarcity risk mitigation strategies; Participate actively in S&OP processes; Maintain optimal raw material and finished goods inventory levels; Manage and reduce excess and obsolete materials; Drive inventory turnover and working capital improvements; Develop strategies for disposing or recovering excess inventory; Ensure on-time and complete customer requirement fulfillment; Monitor operational indicators and coordinate action plans for deviations; Minimize extraordinary transportation and premium freight costs; Escalate risks impacting sales, production, or customer service; Develop, direct, and evaluate the CSR and Planning team; Promote continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes; Manage KPIs including OTD, DOH, E&O, Premium Freight, Load vs Commit, Sales vs Commit
