This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician seeking a 0.4 FTE position, with the potential to increase hours over time as the service continues to grow. While podiatry is a relatively new offering within the organisation, you'll be joining an established and highly supportive allied health team with strong systems, referral pathways and dedicated client coordination support already in place.

## The Role
As a Community Podiatrist, you'll provide high-quality podiatry services to Home Care Package clients within their own homes across Perth's southern metropolitan region.
This is a mobile community role requiring travel throughout areas south of the river, extending as far as Port Kennedy, with all business-related mileage reimbursed. Working closely with clients, families and the wider allied health team, you'll deliver person-centred care that supports mobility, comfort and independence.
## Responsibilities
- Conducting podiatry assessments and treatments within clients' homes
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
- Providing education and preventative care recommendations
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Collaborating with allied health professionals and care teams
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
- Contributing to the growth and success of the podiatry service
## About You
We're seeking a clinician who thrives working independently and takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience. To be successful, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Podiatry
- Current AHPRA registration
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
- A proactive and self-sufficient approach to community-based care
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
- Previous community, aged care or home care experience will be highly regarded
