Responsibilities
Manage the process and deliver training to ensure new drivers are formally assessed and compliant. Monitor and correct driver behaviors to mitigate road risk. Deliver practical training on driving hours, tachograph, Working Time Directive, telematics, and fuel management. Ensure all new drivers receive relevant inductions and vehicle familiarization. Produce training plans and deliver workshops to address business needs. Manage and monitor CPC training to ensure site compliance. Review and assist with post-accident investigations and retraining. Support depot driver assessors in delivering consistent training. Identify skill gaps and manage driver training records.
