Product manager
Andersen is hiring a Product Manager for a project driving product strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth. The customer is a well-established international B2B product company that develops and maintains scalable technology platforms for enterprise clients, working with mature Agile processes and long-term engineering partners. The project is focused on supporting product operations and strategic initiatives, helping drive product planning, execution, and decision-making. It involves analyzing business challenges, improving operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Building, maintaining, and evolving core product artifacts, including product catalogs, product definitions, feature inventories, and product roadmaps.
- Maintaining and updating the overarching UATP product roadmap.
- Translating high-level product vision and ambiguous problem spaces into clear, structured artifacts and actionable next steps.
- Supporting feature prioritization efforts by structuring inputs, scoring frameworks, and trade-off analyses.
- Breaking down complex product problems into logical components and recommending paths forward.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and shaping new products and enhancements to the existing product suite.
- Translating product strategy into clear documentation, presentations, and internal-facing materials.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing agendas, documenting meeting outcomes, and synthesizing action items and next steps.
- Tracking decisions, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions across multiple initiatives.
- Maintaining momentum across workstreams operating at different levels of clarity and maturity.
- Ensuring alignment and forward progress across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Serving as a tactical interface between Product and the UATP Development Team.
- Collaborating closely with business analysts and development teams to clarify requirements, track progress, and ensure product intent is preserved throughout execution.
- Connecting strategy to delivery by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and unanswered questions early in the process.
- Participating effectively in both high-level strategic discussions and detailed execution conversations.
- Supporting the Managing Director of Product in structuring and formalizing product strategy.
- Preparing internal communications, status updates, and leadership materials.
- Analyzing product challenges and surfacing options, risks, and implications for decision-making.
- Bringing structure to evolving product ideas and low-information problem spaces.
- Proactively asking questions, constructively challenging assumptions, and driving clarity where direction is not yet fully defined.
- Actively seeking to understand the broader product landscape, market context, and strategic rationale behind decisions.
