Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate successful installations of sold projects at customers worldwide; Act as the key intermediary between customers and internal departments; Create, coordinate and monitor project plans, including installation budgets; Monitor the financial settlement throughout the project lifecycle; Serve as the main point of contact for installation technicians regarding planning, questions and deviations; Ensure accurate project reporting by installation technicians; Oversee the full project process from quotation to handover; Organize and coordinate required parts and tools for project execution; Support and guide Project Coordinators from other regions; Ensure a smooth and complete transfer of the project to the Service department after completion
