Product Manager
At Team Global Express (TGE), we’re transforming how freight works and we’re doing it with a product-led, customer-first mindset. As Product Manager – Freight, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, customer insight, and commercial delivery. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a newly established Product & Strategy function, where you’ll have real influence in shaping how we segment customers, design solutions, and position our freight offering in the market. What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through to launch and performance tracking
- Build product roadmaps, requirements, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes
- Lead customer discovery and translate insights into high-impact solutions
- Improve customer segmentation, targeting, and service design
- Drive cross-functional delivery across Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and IT
- Influence stakeholders and navigate complex delivery environments
- Develop business cases and assess revenue, margin, and cost-to-serve impact
- Track performance, optimise outcomes, and identify new commercial opportunities
What you bring
- You’re a commercially-minded Product Manager who thrives on solving meaningful problems:
- 5–8 years’ experience in Product Management or a related commercial role
- Proven ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives with real business impact
- Strong customer discovery and problem-solving capability
- Ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes (revenue, margin, costs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Logistics or freight experience is a bonus — but not essential.
