## About the Role Build the Category-Defining Brand in Telecom Infrastructure Commerce became programmable with Shopify. Payments became programmable with Stripe. Telecom is now undergoing the same shift. Spenza is building the infrastructure layer that makes connectivity programmable, embeddable, and scalable for modern enterprises. Spenza is a "Telecom as a Service" platform that enables Enterprises, OEMs, IoT companies, and MVNOs to launch and monetize connectivity services without building telecom infrastructure from scratch. Think of us as "Shopify for Telecom." Instead of spending years integrating operators, billing systems, provisioning stacks, and compliance workflows, companies use Spenza to embed connectivity directly into their products and customer experiences. Our customers — including Angel Watch, Butlr, and Rocket Phone — bundle mobile connectivity alongside their devices and services. Spenza has successfully navigated the 0→1 journey and is now scaling through the 1→10 phase with global ambitions across enterprise connectivity, embedded telecom, eSIM orchestration, and programmable infrastructure. We are looking for a high-agency Product Marketing Manager who wants to help shape how the market understands the future of telecom. ## The Opportunity This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a category creation role. You will help define: - How enterprises think about programmable telecom and launch telecom -native products - How embedded connectivity products are positioned globally - How Spenza differentiates against legacy telecom platforms and MVNEs - How the next generation of telecom infrastructure companies communicate value - How Spenza platform can enable seamless cloud based AI services - think agents with phone numbers You should be equally comfortable: - Explaining Spenza's differentiated architecture and market positioning to an industry analyst - Creating compelling messaging for enterprise buyers and partners - Writing high-conviction product narratives and launch content - Building thought leadership around APIs, embedded connectivity, and Telecom-as-a-Service - Representing Spenza at conferences, customer meetings, webinars, and ecosystem conversations You will work directly with founders across positioning, GTM strategy, product launches, outbound initiatives, analyst conversations, and market education. This role is ideal for someone who wants to become one of the defining product marketers in the infrastructure/API economy over the next decade. ## What You'll Own ### Category Positioning & Product Narrative - Define and evolve Spenza's positioning in the Telecom-as-a-Service, MVNE, and connectivity infrastructure landscape - Build differentiated messaging against legacy carrier and telecom platforms - Translate complex telecom and infrastructure concepts into clear customer value propositions - Shape the narrative around embedded connectivity, eSIM orchestration, and programmable telecom. ### Product Marketing - Own product launches, messaging frameworks, pitch decks, battle cards, customer stories, and GTM assets - Partner closely with product, founders, sales, and engineering teams - Influence how products are packaged, presented, and brought to market ### Brand, Content & Thought Leadership - Lead Spenza's website messaging and narrative architecture - Create exceptional long-form and short-form content across blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn, webinars, and sales enablement - Drive market education around telecom APIs, embedded connectivity, IoT, and enterprise telecom workflows - Build organic inbound momentum through strong content and SEO strategy ### Industry Presence - Represent Spenza in analyst briefings, conferences, ecosystem events, and customer conversations - Stay deeply informed about telecom infrastructure, connectivity management, IoT, APIs, eSIMs, and enterprise SaaS trends - Help establish Spenza as a market-defining voice in the industry ## What We're Looking For ### Must-Have - 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar high-ownership role - Experience working in SaaS or technology companies selling into US/global markets - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - Ability to simplify technically complex concepts into compelling market narratives - Strong product intuition and positioning ability - High ownership mindset with strong execution velocity - Curiosity about infrastructure, APIs, telecom, IoT, SaaS, and emerging technology platforms - Builder mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity - Sell first- Ship fast mindset. - Strong work ethic and achievement orientation - Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate for an in-office role ### Nice-to-Have - MBA from a reputed institution - Exposure to telecom, APIs, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or embedded systems - Experience working closely with founders or early-stage startups - US Visa / ability to travel internationally for conferences and customer meetings - Strong sense of craft in messaging, positioning, and product storytelling ## Why Spenza? - Opportunity to help define a new category in global telecom infrastructure - Direct founder collaboration and high strategic visibility - Build a breakout global B2B technology brand from India - Work at the intersection of telecom, APIs, embedded connectivity, IoT, and enterprise infrastructure software - High ownership with meaningful influence on company trajectory - Fast-moving environment with ambitious global goals and real customer traction We care more about clarity of thought, market intuition, execution speed, and ownership than polished corporate process. If you want to build, shape markets, and help define the future of programmable telecom infrastructure, we'd love to talk.
