Software Engineer
- Own the technical stack end-to-end, from core services to user-facing dashboards.
- Work hand-in-hand with the founders, design, and growth.

- Lead the design and rollout of a modular architecture that supports multiple clients with custom rules within 6-12 months.

- Establish Vocca’s engineering culture: code reviews, documentation, and technical decision-making principles.
- Start shaping the future engineering team (mentorship, recruitment).

- Strong background in backend systems, APIs, and modern frontend development.
- T-shaped engineer: strong in backend (APIs, infra, data) with solid frontend fundamentals OR great UI eye, frontend expertise, and interest in backend.
- Love full ownership: from architecture to deployment to monitoring.
- Hold work to exceptionally high standards and care about reliability, not just speed.
- Think simplicity is what makes software scale: ship fast, but always with maintainability in mind.
