Looking for engineers who like ownership, speed, and solving hard technical problems. ## What You'll Do You'll work primarily on backend systems, AI workflows, and developer tooling. You'll: - Build and ship backend systems, APIs, integrations, and async jobs - Design and improve AI workflows — prompting, evals, retrieval, orchestration - Work on integrations with GitHub, Linear, CI/CD systems, and developer tooling - Help build autonomous offensive security workflows and vulnerability analysis systems - Work directly with the founder on technical and product decisions - Move fast, write clean code, and ship reliable systems ## Stack Backend - Node.js - Python - PostgreSQL - Redis AI / Infra - OpenAI/ Open Source Models - LangChain / LlamaIndex - Vector databases - Railway - Supabase - Docker ## Who You Are - You build fast and think clearly - You can debug independently and figure things out without hand-holding - You've built projects you're proud of (side projects matter) - You're comfortable working across systems and owning problems end-to-end - You're interested in AI systems, developer tools, or offensive security ## Big Plus - Knowledge of application security and common vulnerabilities - Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, or vulnerability analysis - Experience with AI agents, RAG pipelines, or eval systems - Startup or open-source experience ## Why zerotrail You'll work directly with the founder, ship real product fast, and help define the future of AI-native offensive security.
