Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee clinical trial activities across the Oxford centre and support other GenesisCare research centres where required; Maintain a thorough understanding of all assigned clinical trials, including protocols, investigator brochures, participant information and consent forms, timelines, budgets, and safety reporting requirements; Work closely with the National Research Manager to ensure research governance processes are implemented and maintained effectively; Support feasibility assessments and study start-up activities, including vendor selection and completion of regulatory documentation; Proactively manage trial timelines, resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful study delivery; Assist with the development of research documents, including protocols, participant information leaflets, and informed consent documentation; Identify quality risks and issues and implement corrective and preventative actions where required; Manage study budgets and ensure invoicing is completed accurately and within agreed timelines; Undertake Clinical Research Coordinator responsibilities for allocated studies; Facilitate collaboration between departments and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality clinical trial delivery; Ensure all research activities are conducted in accordance with GCP guidelines, SOPs, and all applicable laws and regulations; Contribute to the continuous improvement of research systems, processes, and governance standards; Mentor and support junior members of the research team where required
