- Own the Demand domain: everything that helps an organizer attract new leads and convert those into booked travelers.
- Study what works, prioritize what to build, run experiments, and turn the strongest signals into real, scalable products.
- Focus on three initiatives: Organizer websites and content, Managed Ads/Social, and Campaign tooling.
- Scale the organizer websites program beyond pilot so any organizer can stand up a high-converting site.
- Help organizers with content creation that drives organic acquisition, whether via AI-assisted creation of blog posts that optimize SEO/GEO or another approach.
- Figure out how much value Managed Ads/Social creates and whether and how to scale this initiative.
- Help organizers turn every lead in the CRM into a nurtured prospect by integrating email campaign tools, enabling segmentation, sequences, and event-triggered automations.
- Own the surfaces and tooling that make up the rest of the funnel: Acquisition analytics & attribution, Lead capture tools organizers can embed on their sites.
- Deeply study travel organizers' needs, prioritize them, come up with solutions (or hypotheses to test), drive the cross-functional work to build and launch them, drive adoption, and ultimately grow revenue.
- Work as a peer to Lifecycle and Itinerary PMs and collaborate weekly with CEO, marketing leadership, and the Sites/Ops team.
