Work closely with UX to guide design decisions and define business requirements, Translate UX designs into build-ready requirements captured in user stories and acceptance criteria, Understand the importance of legislation in HCM software and translate legislative and compliance obligations, Participate in refinement sessions presenting backlog stories for discussion with the engineering team, Create, share and maintain relevant documentation to support engineering delivery, Collaborate with global teams to define, design, deliver and maintain services across the Payroll and HR business unit
