Responsibilities
Design and implement Ethiopia Operations model covering planning, imports, customs, warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, and distribution; Develop and maintain operational SOPs, process flows, controls, and management reports; Monitor operational KPIs and implement solutions to improve service, efficiency, and cost; Coordinate import planning, shipment readiness, and documentation with partners; Manage day-to-day coordination with clearing agents and freight partners for customs clearance; Monitor inventory across warehouses and field locations, ensuring accuracy and traceability; Facilitate operational procurement and manage vendor relationships; Coordinate inbound logistics and outbound distribution to retail and customer locations; Monitor supplier compliance and performance against contractual requirements and KPIs.
