Senior Creative Marketing Manager - Stumble Guys!
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Define the marketing approach for each release. Lead brainstorms, set narratives, and ensure all cross-functional teams (Social, Community, UA) are aligned with the branding and GTM execution.
- Brand & Franchise Ownership: Build and maintain the Stumble Guys franchise across all lanes (Mobile, Console, and 3rd party platforms). Ensure brand consistency while adapting to different ecosystems.
- Console Marketing: Craft and execute the marketing strategy for Console in collaboration with Strategic Partnerships. Curate visual and copy content and keep store presence optimized at all times.
- Strategic ASO: Maintain a framework for event cards and featurings globally. Analyze store listings and propose improvements for key elements (icons, screenshots, descriptions) to drive conversion.
- IP Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams and external IP partners. Ingest franchise guides and scope creative workflows to ensure world-class IP collaborations thrive.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Juggle multiple stakeholders across UA, Creative Services, Product, and Performance teams, providing feedback loops and visual validation to ensure all output meets the brand's quality bar.
- Data & Insights: Digest internal and external data to identify trends and justify business decisions. While not a pure analyst role, you will use data to inform future strategies and prove marketing impact.
- Budget & Project Management: Own the day-to-day execution of the marketing roadmap, managing budgets and ensuring deliverables are met on time and at scale.
Requirements
- Experience: Ample professional experience in Brand, Creative/Digital Marketing, and Product Marketing. You have a proven track record of taking products to market and managing global brands.
- Execution & Strategy: You are a "strong executor", an advanced contributor who can both design a strategy and roll up their sleeves to ensure its execution is flawless.
- Communication: Excellent command of the English language is non-negotiable. Strong communication skills are essential for managing stakeholders across different levels of leadership.
- Multitasking Mastery: Ability to juggle complex projects and diverse stakeholders in a high-pressure, live-ops environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the gaming industry (understanding production cycles and F2P terminology) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with marketing analytics and a growing eye for identifying digital trends. You should be able to turn "numbers" into "actionable insights".
