Product Validation Engineer II – Verisium Debug QA

Cadence has been nominated as a Great Place to Work globally and in Brazil, and is also a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For. ## Responsibilities - Improve processes and test methodologies. - Define test strategies and test plans. - Create new test cases (manual and automated) to verify/validate enhancements and fixes. - Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements. - Perform regression tests and analyze their results. - Identifies and documents defects. ## Requirements - Complete Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related areas. - Experience with software testing including automation testing. - Knowledge of programming language/scripts. - Experience with agile methodologies. - Passionate about software quality. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - The candidate must be a team player and have a continuous improvement mindset. - Good verbal and written English and Portuguese communication skills. ## Nice to have - Knowledge or experience in Python. - Knowledge of performance and API tests. - Knowledge with Unix/Linux environment. - Experience in EDA industry/tools. ## Benefits - Employment category: CLT. - Employment term: 40 hours/week. - Competitive benefits. - Location: Av Contorno 5800, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
