Responsibilities
Develop and implement site facilities and maintenance plans aligned with business priorities; Lead, manage, and develop the Facilities and Maintenance team; Ensure reliability and compliance of facility and manufacturing equipment; Manage the operating budget, forecasts, and spare-parts inventory; Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to coordinate shutdowns and resolve issues; Proactively manage outsourced service providers and contractors; Support new equipment installations, qualifications, and facility expansions; Establish and improve performance metrics using data-driven approaches; Champion safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
