Responsibilities
Drive expansion of the mental health service provider network in Asia, recruit and onboard mental health professionals, assess client needs and match them with providers, maintain accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider database, respond to provider inquiries, distribute provider guidelines and application materials, review provider applications and supporting documentation, uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information, communicate provider information to hiring managers, proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.
