Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and business outcomes; Coordinate multiple business and technical workstreams across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific; Partner with Finance, IT, GBS, business leaders and external vendors to align business requirements, strategic priorities, key decisions and delivery plans; Establish and maintain effective program governance, oversee risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID), and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership; Oversee critical implementation activities, including process design, data readiness, testing, deployment and transition to operational ownership; Collaborate with change management teams to support stakeholder communications, training, organizational readiness and successful adoption of new processes and technologies; Drive cross-functional collaboration, proactively resolve challenges and ensure alignment across globally distributed teams; Facilitate collaboration across multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility to support critical global meetings, program milestones and business needs.
