Own the integrated workstream plan including scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical-path activities; Translate business objectives and technical constraints into clear requirements, design decisions, and executable delivery plans; Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap assessment, and design alignment across business and technology teams; Maintain governance for risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and change controls; Drive resolution of cross-workstream dependencies involving sales structures, master data, Customer-to-Cash processes, reporting, integrations, and downstream systems; Own business testing governance including strategy, schedules, test participants, scripts, data, environments, defects, exit criteria, and business sign-off; Define and track deployment-readiness criteria across process, data, reporting, training, communications, support, and stabilization; Align super users, subject-matter experts, solution architects, system integrators, PMO partners, and business leaders around priorities and delivery commitments; Provide concise executive updates on progress, milestone health, risks, decisions, tradeoffs, and required leadership support; Ensure deliverables meet enterprise standards, commercial requirements, and applicable quality and compliance expectations
