Responsibilities
Lead the SAP S/4HANA migration program, owning the integrated plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and critical path. Direct program governance and PMO activities, including stage gates, sprint reviews, executive reporting, RAID management, and decision forums. Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across workstreams and stakeholder groups. Manage systems integrator performance against scope, schedule, quality, and delivery KPIs. Establish quality gates and oversee readiness criteria for SIT, UAT, regression testing, mock cutovers, and production. Analyze MP&L, manufacturing, procurement, and finance processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Create and roll out an enterprise master data management governance framework, business rules, and lifecycle policies.
