Responsibilities
Build modern web experiences for compensation and equity products; Design and implement backend services and APIs for data ingestion and calculations; Deliver Azure-native implementations of shadow payroll engines; Contribute to system architecture for multi-country payroll; Own production readiness including logging, monitoring, and incident response; Apply secure development practices for sensitive financial data; Partner with subject-matter experts to translate regulatory requirements; Use agentic development practices to accelerate SDLC; Design and implement AI-powered features for data extraction and workflows; Evaluate and operationalize AI APIs and models; Mentor other engineers on domain patterns.
