Lead development of stamping processes and progressive die strip layouts; Provide liaison for die feasibility, design, construction, tryout, and buyoff; Lead creation of draw die CAD developments and construction release files; Develop PFMEA for new model stampings; Update and maintain existing die process information; Support N/C, machining, construction, tryout, and buyoff of dies; Design draw, trim/pierce & flange operations; Check vendor designs for compliance; Develop Generic Die Architecture models; Review customer feedback and develop corrective actions.
