Responsibilities
Lead and assist in planning, preparation, and execution of system and business cutovers; Create, manage, and maintain Gantt charts, deployment plans, system refresh plans, milestone charts, and integration timelines; Coordinate cross-team system preparation, execution of build, load, and data validation activities; Support daily cutover operations, including preparation of daily cutover status reports and monitoring task execution; Monitor, manage, and track cutover defect reports, issue task initiation, and defect resolution through completion; Support the coordination of activities across a broad ecosystem including system integrators, SAP functional experts, technical leads, and legacy systems teams; Facilitate business team engagement and ensure clear, timely stakeholder communication throughout the cutover lifecycle; Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve complex technical and operational issues during cutover execution; Maintain a deep understanding of overall solutions and end-to-end dependencies across multiple systems to ensure seamless project delivery
