Drive DFA mindset into new model vehicle part development to minimize facility & tooling impact; Initiate and collaborate on build sequence, installation processes, and tooling systems for new product launches; Quantify impact to manufacturing for new model programs including facility, tooling, and labor; Remotely assess existing facility layouts to analyze assembly processes; Evaluate product designs/concepts for adherence to Global Manufacturing Requirements; Evaluate "Lessons Learned" from New Model launches and implement Prevent Reoccurrence Actions; Assess competitive vehicle information to determine incorporation on future product.
