Responsibilities
Support planning, coordination, and execution of subsea equipment and service projects from order intake through final delivery and project closeout. Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets to ensure project objectives are achieved. Coordinate cross-functional activities among Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Field Service teams. Track project progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and escalate issues when necessary. Assist in managing project documentation, technical submittals, change orders, customer communications, and contractual deliverables. Support preparation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, KPI dashboards, and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company policies, industry standards, and customer specifications. Participate in project review meetings with internal stakeholders and customers. Coordinate equipment readiness, testing activities, FAT/SIT planning, logistics, and offshore mobilization requirements. Support risk management processes, lessons learned initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to monitor material availability and delivery performance. Assist Project Managers in managing project costs, invoicing milestones, and commercial performance.
