Responsibilities
Manage planning and production execution data including work orders and capacity constraints; Maintain MRP planning and scheduling parameters; Analyze planned order reports and release production work orders; Interface with production teams and procurement to prioritize items; Identify and resolve production demand and supply imbalances; Provide daily guidance on production schedule status; Prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports; Monitor production progress and intervene to meet schedules; Report metrics and statistics as defined by Master Schedule policy; Implement actions to reduce waste and lead times.
