Responsibilities
Manage planning and production execution data including work orders and capacity constraints; Maintain MRP planning and scheduling parameters; Analyze planned order reports and release production work orders; Interface with production teams and procurement to prioritize items; Identify and resolve production demand and supply imbalances; Provide daily guidance to the Product Line team on production schedule status; Prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports; Monitor production progress and intervene to meet delivery schedules; Report opportunities to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and reduce costs; Report scheduling, capacity, and production tracking metrics.
