Responsibilities
Co-own unit results and delivery of agreed site and unit KPIs; Support squads in executing daily production and operational plans safely and efficiently; Lead and develop multiple squads (typically 3-4), managing technicians and team members directly; Conduct regular Gemba walks to stay connected to shop-floor reality; Drive continuous improvement initiatives and short-cycle experimentation; Represent the Unit in Tier 2 meetings and escalate appropriately to Tier 3 when needed.
