Develop and maintain feed safety systems and QMS (SOPs, internal audits, supplier audits, deviation handling). Ensure implementation and compliance of quality standards (ISO9001, FAMIQS, GMP+, HACCP). Lead the laboratory and Lab team, providing quality training. Manage supplier qualification, MOC, deviations, and complaints. Provide technical support to customers and manage complaints. Represent the company to the Veterinary Authority and perform supplier audits.
