Responsibilities
Ensure operations comply with SHE, Security, and Quality standards; Define and manage efficient production systems; Manage maintenance and repair of factory equipment; Control maintenance and repair of factory equipment/machinery and comply with MOC; Set targets and Key Performance Indicators; Manage inventory control and optimize based on commercial sales demand; Manage the implementation of innovations and new technologies and CAPEX projects; Select, manage, coach and develop staff; Propose plan and implement training programs for production staff; Regular communication with regional managers for improvement and implementation; Ensure SHE documentation is up to date (JSA, MSA, HAZOP Study) and actions closed; Identify critical positions in the plant and ensure appropriate measures are undertaken to minimize interruptions and downtime.
