Responsibilities
Translate client requirements and vCIO strategies into solution architectures and implementation-ready documentation; Develop technical proposals, SOWs, workplans, and business requirements; Evaluate proposed solutions for technical accuracy, feasibility, and implementation readiness; Review incoming requests for completeness and identify missing information; Validate environment details including users, servers, and locations; Maintain clear ownership of assigned requests and document status and blockers; Communicate delays and issues affecting project delivery; Participate in request triage and KPI monitoring; Support vCIO discussions by documenting requirements and risks; Use approved templates and AI tools to accelerate design development while validating outputs; Contribute to improving engineering standards and automation workflows.
