Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points; Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, and data definitions; Support new-project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories; Identify assumptions, risks, and dependencies early; Write user stories with testable acceptance criteria; Partner with Product Managers to prioritize and groom the backlog; Collaborate with UI/UX design to validate flows and screens; Answer engineering questions during sprints; Coordinate with QA for test coverage; Support sprint demos and user acceptance testing; Maintain organized requirements documentation; Capture compliance, security, and audit requirements; Act as a trusted point of contact for clients on scope and requirements; Translate between business and technical audiences clearly.
