Team Leadership - Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and support staff. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging professional development and continuous learning. - Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Security and Compliance - Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO/IEC 27001. - Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks. Innovation and Improvement - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization's IT infrastructure. - Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement and innovation, driving initiatives to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new technologies. ## Key Requirements Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus. - At least 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leading and managing infrastructure teams. Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
