Act as customer-facing engineering authority for strategic retail accounts; Define success criteria, operational acceptance, rollout strategy, and risk posture with customer leaders; Translate real-world retail workflows into architecture decisions and API contracts; Own the four DORA metrics as published, measurable targets; Implement AI-built feature branches with pre-merge release testing and progressive delivery; Enforce Test-Driven Development and quality gates including mutation score and static analysis; Leverage Toshiba's agentic development ecosystem as the default delivery model; Define SLOs and error budgets for every customer-facing service; Treat the engineering org as the customer of an internal developer platform; Deliver customer-specific extensions without fragmenting the platform; Execute engineering-driven release gates and post-release monitoring.
