Responsibilities
Lead large-scale programs across Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives; Execute wave-based planning and tracking to drive structured and predictable delivery; Manage dependencies and risks, including infrastructure, access, and approval-related challenges; Coordinate effectively across onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution; Provide execution-focused reporting, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups; Drive program governance across scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, financials, KPIs, and executive reporting; Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business teams to align delivery with enterprise priorities; Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives; Lead distributed teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.
